Pre-Installation Consulting and Network Configuration
TalkSwitch is a powerful, all-in-one system. Before installation, we’ll work with you to determine how you want to set up your TalkSwitch environment: local and remote extensions, mode scheduling, auto-attendant setup, call handling, voicemail preferences and more. We’ll explain each feature and how it can help you manage your calls. If you currently have an IT provider, we’ll work with them to ensure that your IP phones, voicemail to email functionality, VoIP calls and configuration software will work in your existing local area network. If you don’t have an IT provider, no problem – one of our network consultants can ensure that your network is configured and ready for your new TalkSwitch.
TalkSwitch System Installation and Configuration
We’ll install and configure your TalkSwitch system, extensions and optional software applications to your specifications so that you’ll be ready to start making calls and utilizing the TalkSwitch features immediately.
Post-Installation Support We will provide limited technical support following your installlation. Of course, you always have TalkSwitch’s free technical support if you need it, but we can also provide additional on-going support for your system should you desire.
